Notes

Written in nan's book as: 6 large russets, 5 eggs, 3 small green onion, 1 1/2 cups mayo, 3/4 cup Miracle Whip, 1/3 cup sweet relish, S/P to taste. In large bowl add potato, eggs, onion. Med. bowl: mix mayo, miracle whip and relish. Pour over potato mixture. Toss. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika.

Both the mayo and the Miracle Whip. That is the recipe, do not pick one.

The boiling is not written down, she took it as read. Salt the water and let the potatoes cool before dressing them or the salad goes to mush.
