Butter Icing

Butter, sugar and a spoon of flour beaten with milk and hot water. Enough for a sheet cake.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • vanilla
Method
  1. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Beat well.

No vanilla amount is written. A teaspoon is right for this quantity.
