Cherries in the Snow

Sweetened cream cheese and white cake folded into Cool Whip, layered with cherry pie filling.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ white cake (in pieces)
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • cherry pie filling
Method
  1. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla.
  2. Then fold in the cake pieces.
  3. Add the large tub of Cool Whip.
  4. Layer the cake mixture and layer the cherry pie filling.
