Coconut Orange Buns

A tin of orange sections, juice and all, with a cup of coconut through the dough. Twelve minutes in a hot oven.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tin orange sections
Method
  1. Heat the oven to 400.
  2. Drain the orange sections and reserve the juice. Add the eggs and vanilla to the reserved juice.
  3. Mix the other ingredients together.
  4. Add the juice mixture and the orange sections and bring the dough together gently.
  5. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
