Creamy Chicken or Pork Chops

One sour cream and mushroom sauce poured over whatever is in the dish, paprika, one hour.

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 tub sour cream (for the sauce)
  • 1 tin cream of mushroom soup (for the sauce)
  • ½ cup chopped fresh mushrooms (for the sauce)
  • ¼ cup flaked parsley (for the sauce)
  • ½ small onion (for the sauce)
  • white pepper (for the sauce)
  • paprika
Method
  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients.
  2. Pour over the chicken in a shallow dish.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Bake 1 hour at 350.

Notes

Her title reads Creamy Chicken or Pork Chops or Cod fish. The same sauce does all three.
