Jello Sponge Cake Dessert
Bite size sponge cake folded through Cool Whip and sour cream, barely set jello poured over.

Ingredients
- 1 sponge cake (cut in bite size pieces)
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 pkg jello
- ⅔ cup hot water
- ⅔ cup cold water
- whipped cream (to cover)
Method
- Mix the Cool Whip and sour cream together, then fold in the cake.
- Dissolve the jello in 2/3 cup hot water and 2/3 cup cold water.
- When it is barely set, pour it over the cake.
- Cover with whipped cream. Garnish.
