Marshmallow Squares

Chocolate, butter and peanut butter melted, marshmallows and a tin of cream stirred in off the heat.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 pkg white miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tin cream
  • coconut (to sprinkle)
Method
  1. Melt in the microwave the chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter.
  2. Remove and add the marshmallows and the tin of cream.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Spread in an 8 x 8 pan.
  5. Sprinkle with coconut.
