Pineapple Cottage Cheese Dessert

Dream Whip, dry jelly powder and cottage cheese folded together with drained pineapple or mandarin oranges.

Ingredients
  • 1 small container cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg Dream Whip
  • 1 pkg pineapple or orange jelly powder
  • 1 small tin pineapple or mandarin oranges (drained)
  • coconut (to sprinkle)
Method
  1. Make the Dream Whip.
  2. Add the dry jelly powder.
  3. Fold in the cottage cheese.
  4. Add the pineapple or the oranges.
  5. Sprinkle coconut on top before serving.
  6. Refrigerate.

Notes

The jelly powder goes in dry, straight out of the packet. That is what sets it and colours it.
