Pistachio Salad

Pistachio pudding stirred straight into undrained pineapple, marshmallows and Cool Whip.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg pistachio pudding
  • 1 tin crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 2 cups white mini marshmallows
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
Method
  1. Mix the pudding in with the pineapple.
  2. Add the other ingredients.

Notes

Titled simply Salad in her book.

She wrote drained first, struck it out, and wrote not drained. The pineapple juice is what sets the pudding.
