Notes
Her page gives the ingredients and the bake time. The mixing, rising and shaping steps are the standard ones, written out here.
For molasses bread, use 1 cup molasses, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 pkg raisins and 1 1/2 pkg yeast.
For spice bread, 1 to 1 1/2 pkg yeast, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 tsp cinnamon and 4 tsp allspice. Beside that she wrote, maybe 6 tsp each.
